NPC Summer Fast

Fasting is a fantastic way to enter into a closer relationship with Jesus and to slow down and appreciate elements of your faith.   We like to take time in the summer to take a step back before all of the demands of the fall press in on us to sort through our hearts and home and make space for what God wants to do.   You can start small with one meal or practice, like social media or television.  The idea is to be intentional with some part of your day to devote time alone with Jesus.   Give it a try, and we'll all be together on the journey.
