NPC A place to Belong! 

Why do we have a Partnership?

A partnership is not about salvation. Partnership is not even about entering the Body of Christ. This happens when we put our saving faith in Jesus,' and we join the church family formally through Baptism.

Partnership is a response to Scripture's teaching on belonging to a body of believers.

Partnership ensures a committed core of Christ-followers is making decisions on church business.

The Responsibilities of Partnership

  • Nurture a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 3:23, 6:23, 10:9)
  • Water Baptism is a public confession of personal faith (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38)
  • Commitment to working in unity and peace with other believers (Colossians 3:12-15)
  • Faithful attendance at weekly church gatherings (Hebrews 10:25)
  • Christian lifestyle & Character that pursues Scriptural holiness (1 John 2:15-17; Hebrew 12:14)
  • Willingness to submit to church leadership (Hebrews 13)17)
  • Willingness to faithfully support the church with tithes & offerings (Malachi 3:10; 1 Corinthians 16:2)
  • Use gifts in Ministry to serve others (1 Corinthians 12:4-7)
